Policy warning entries in Pending Changes

Before we found your policy we used this StyleCop checkin policy:
which we compiled ourself for 2012 and 2013.
But now we changed to your policy because it's mutch easier to deploy and keep it up to date.

But in your policy, the appearing warnings are grouped warnings of a file and you get only the details when you double-click it.
In our policy before, each warning was a list entry independent of the code file and with a double click on it you jumped into the code file to the occuring position.

What did you think, would it be possible to extend this so it work similar?

If I understand you correctly.
You want for each violation a separate entry in the pending changes warning list? The problem is that you then get I big list of warnings when you have multiple files.
If you use VS2013 the violations are also displayed in your Error window of Visual Studio. There you can click on each violation and jump directly to the violation point. This is currently not working in VS2015.
